I loved Emma's account of her sailing adventures, the book was well written, as you would expect from a journalist, and the ending had quite a twist.

It's a searingly honest book and an important one too. As things turn bleak, Emma is open and frank with the situation she finds herself in and that honesty will be of huge help for others who have found themselves struggling to see what the next step should be.
The travel elements are full of colour and beautifully observed, while the stresses and strains of London will be familiar to many.
